Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

• An affiliate marketing program to earn commissions by promoting our courses.
• Opportunities to earn cash rewards by completing skill-based tasks and projects.
• A Points system to reward user engagement, which can be redeemed for course discounts.
• Community features and support.

Recommended Courses

We offer a range of foundational courses, such as Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Essential Computer Skills, which are highly recommended to help you succeed on our platform. While these courses provide valuable skills, they are **not mandatory** to participate in our affiliate program or other earning opportunities.

Payment Processing

EarnUpSkill uses third-party providers to process payments for course purchases and to handle withdrawals of cash earnings.

Fees

Our fee structure is as follows:

Affiliate Commissions

Our affiliate program is a single-level system designed to reward you for promoting our courses:

• Earn a **25% commission** when a user you refer makes their first course purchase.
• A minimum balance of Rs. 500 is required for an affiliate payout.
• Commissions are processed for withdrawal within 15 days of the end of the month.

Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of all content they submit to the Platform ("User Content"), but grant EarnUpSkill a license to use it for platform operations. Course materials remain the proprietary property of EarnUpSkill or its licensors.

Course Materials

All course materials provided through the Platform are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

All Users agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate information and maintain account security.
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Not share account access or course materials.
• Not interfere with Platform operations or other Users.
• Maintain respectful community interactions. Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates additionally agree to:

• Accurately represent our courses and platform.
• Not use spam or deceptive marketing practices (e.g., unsolicited emails).
• Comply with all applicable marketing laws.
• Not make false or misleading earnings claims.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, and we may retain certain information as required by law. Any outstanding balances below the minimum withdrawal amount will be forfeited.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". EARNUPSKILL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC EARNINGS, UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, OR THAT COURSE COMPLETION WILL RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT OR INCOME. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS VARY BASED ON EFFORT, SKILL, AND MARKET CONDITIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARNUPSKILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF Rs. 1000 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Any legal disputes will be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hojai, Assam. All claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Earning and Using Points

EarnUpSkill offers a points system to reward engagement. You can earn points ("Points") through activities like referring new users or participating in promotions.

Points are a reward for your engagement on the EarnUpSkill platform. They can be redeemed for valuable benefits, such as **significant discounts on any of our e-learning courses** or access to premium platform features. This allows you to invest in your skills at a lower cost.
